Three (listview style) sections; Book Marking, Test Results and Register comprise the gradebook. Data is entered into the upper localised EDIT area.
The Book Marking section allows entry of any type of data, ideal for personal styles/codes related to student progress. Test
Results require numerical data only, to facilitates the automatic calculation of student average score and predicted grade levels.
The Register ensures rapid sequential progress, inserting (P)resent, (A)bsent, (L)ate, or any selected character, with real-time (percentage) attendance / late / missed period calculations displayed.
Each section provides for a colour coded data display linked to, grade boundaries, personal assessment character triggers, and register P A L values. Colours may be adjusted for personal preference to provide an instant overall progress graphical display.
Gradebook name lists are fully synchronised with a Student Personage, for display of instant student contact information, and a Student (InfoSec) Information Section for storing detailed reports.

- Easy student name list import ensures zero editing / duplication; with automatic addition to all Gradebook sections, including a newly created InfoSec and Personage section, for the selected class; all fully synchronised for subsequent name addition, removal or adjustment.
- The localised EDIT area ensures rapid insertion / adjustment of student data.
- Student (name list tracking) picture display, following simple import from webpage thumbnail photos.
- Printing styles include List, or Student Personal Progress Labels format. The latter allow private presentation of progress results to students.
- Seating plan ordered name list display / printing option, (for Register and personal label hand-outs).
- Export to or import from Excel allows easy results transfer in a consistent format, reducing duplicate data entry to zero and maximizing analysis potential and time saving.
