The Lesson Planner provides for (the bottom-up) automatic construction of personal Schemes of Work, by sequential extraction of previous lessons for a selected class and module. Alternatively, (top-down) Schemes are created by manual editing of sequenced lessons. Automatic insertion of Schemes into future lessons of selected classes, is a major PRO feature: the result is perfect day plan print-out lesson prompts.
Lesson file links enable direct access to Word, Excel, Powerpoint and other types of (computer resident program) resource files.
The Gradebook comprises three sections for Test Results, Book Marking, and a Register, with easy data transfer to or from Excel. Grade boundary linked colour coded data provides for a graphic progress trends view.
A rapid data insertion system is efficiently combined with name list import (or manual names insertion). Name lists are fully synchronised with associated multiple gradebook tables, and additional support sections, including:
- a Seating Planner, for creating and printing of student seating arrangements,
- a Personage, for display of instant student one-liner contact information ,
- a Student (InfoSec) Information Section for storing detailed reports on each student.
The Organizer, facilitates efficient scheduling of future events which may be printed, either as a title summary list, or as detailed notes. A search feature constructs related event reports, (i.e. meetings with a particular parent).
Previous events are filtered from the top of the constant view Event Summary list to provide instant scheduled sequential current and future prompts, with option to Refresh for Event history or related reviews.

All sections provide various printing formats aad saving to Access, Excel, text or html files; secure database backups ensure potential (evidence) retrieval if required.
- The Notebook section used for additional teaching support notes, i.e. Equipment lists, brain storming prompts, instant reminders, staff meeting logs ...
- The fully integrated UltimaShell IntelliCompletion Server (ICS) phrase and word prediction system to aid rapid report and lesson plan editing; of significant benefit to dyslectic teachers.
- An instant Prompt sheet linked to each Personage name list and Planner synchronised.
- Student (name list tracking) picture display in all sections, with drag-and-drop frame location, following simple import from webpage thumbnail photos.
- A Student Profile section for combined editing of Gradebook data and InfoSec reports, combination printing of student progress data and report to parents, with potential screen display for parent meetings
