Each day (left tree-view) expands for selection of each lesson taught. The plan for each lesson is edited in the two main (upper) text boxes; Lesson Content and XNotes (homework or equipment) information.

The (top) Module, Class Name and Date data are adjusted as modules progress for the selected class. The criteria faciitates subsequent automatic (bottom-up) construction of Schemes of Work. (Top-down) schemes may also be manually constructed.

The Scheme install feature provides automatic insertion of lessons for the selected module and class in the appropriate timetable period location and sequence. Schemes may be edited and updated as required, and exported or imported to allow lesson sharing between other faculty members.

Support resource files (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher or any resident program file type) may be link listed with each lesson, and opened directly within its own host application from the link list. Linked files are efficiently organised into associated module titled sub-folders and significantly expand planner resource organisation options to suit personal styles.

The student (name list tracking) photo display provides instant student recognition, particularly at the start of the new student year, (following simple import from school webpage thumbnail photos). Drag-and-drop provides convenient picture frame location and mouse-click resizing.

• A title summary (sequential date ascending) list view of all future Organiser Events is updated each time the program is opened (as past events are filtered from the top); click to open the selected detailed event.
